With our software patients can stay informed/educated about the status of their care, easily communicate with their providers, and get direct access to a specialized virtual care team. Our software is currently at several clinics across the Southeastern US and helping thousands of patients get the care they deserve.

Granza Bio is a biotechnology company developing a novel delivery "shell" platform to direct therapeutic cargo to specific tissues. Their proprietary delivery vehicles are designed using non-immunogenic proteins equipped with a targeting receptor, achieving targeted tropism to organs of interest. These vehicles offer higher stability than conventional lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and can encompass a variety of cargo, including proteins, DNA, and RNA. For their lead candidate, Granza Bio is leveraging the discovery of the immune system's powerful suite of weapons, "attack particles". Utilizing their advanced delivery platform, they aim to target these "attack particles" against a range of diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infections. Interested to know more? Your immune system is your body’s best weapon and defense against cancer. It is only when it is overcome that cancer develops into full blown disease. Dendritic cells sit at the helm of the immune system, directing and dictating immune responses. Data has shown dendritic cells are often dysfunctional in cancer patients, and that this dysfunction is a bottleneck for other therapies. Guardian Bio’s approach is focused on creating a dendritic cell-based product which drives anti-tumor activity through activating the killers of the immune system AND training them against multiple cancer targets. We take stem cells from cancer patients, turn them into specific therapeutic dendritic cells specially trained against that patient’s tumor, and re-introduce them back into the body. Our therapeutic dendritic cells revitalize the killers of the immune system and give them the kickstart they need to fight - and win - against cancer.

We're building the HaploHub: a SaaS platform for genetic testing labs, concierge medical practices, and payer/providers to: * predict disease risk for their patients based on proprietary or publicly available genetic models * securely host, manage, and interrogate the genetic data of their population * generate reports and run the most common inference algorithms (phasing, imputation, ibd, etc.) without writing code

We're a SaaS company with emphasis on Service, and we have a mission: to improve the happiness of scientists and the quality of their research. HappiLabs provides a service called the Virtual Lab Manager. We offer PhD level, former scientists to help with safety and regulatory, product research, lab shopping, negotiating, purchasing, inventory, and bookkeeping. Our software tools, such as the ETA Dashboard and the HappiApp, make it easy to request purchases, manage inventory, and check-in packages upon delivery. HappiLabs also has one of the most extensive databases of product prices. These tools, and experienced humans, make us the smartest lab managers in the world. Another way to think of us is an outsourced purchasing department and/or a personal assistant for your scientists. Based in Chicago, and some presence in San Francisco. If you're a newly funded PI, a startup, small biotech, or work with purchasing as a big pharma/biotech, you can use our help.

Harbera helps clinic keep their doctors credentialed and compliant. Our AI software continuously monitors and proactively helps admin teams re-credential doctors, preventing denied claims, disruptions in patient care, and lost revenue caused by doctors falling out-of-network.

We are a drug discovery company developing a new generation of therapeutics that embrace the complexity of disease. Currently available approaches for creating drugs work on the principle of finding one drug-one protein 'magic bullets'. However, diseases such as cancer and autoimmunity are often the result of several dysregulated proteins across many distinct biological pathways. We are building a computational-experimental platform to design therapeutics that can target several disease-causing proteins at once. By designing multi-specific drugs, we are able to create therapeutics that are more efficacious and safer than existing medicines.

We use generative AI to call insurance on behalf of healthcare clinics. We save clinics up to 40 hours of calls every week over existing outsourced human solutions. Compared to the existing solutions for benefits verifications: - We're faster -- by default, we have a turnaround of 24 hours compared to typically a 3 day turnaround for competitors - We can reach more payors -- as long as they have a phone line, we can support calling them for benefits. There's quite a few payors in both medical and dental (e.g. Seledent) that have yet to offer a digital retrieval of benefits - We're reliable and consistent -- there is no person-to-person variation or question skipping when it comes to working with software

HealthKey helps doctors offices generate more revenue by finding eligible patients for their clinical trials. We match at-risk patients with cutting-edge treatments, ultimately getting patients access to potentially life-changing treatments faster. Big Pharma pays a lot of money to clinics for each patient they enroll, but finding patients who qualify is an entirely manual process today. We use AI to prescreen doctors’ existing patients against Clinical Trials’ eligibility criteria, making enrollment fast and easy.

HealthSpark empowers physical therapists (PTs) to start, run, and grow their own independent practices. Our AI-native “business-in-a-box” takes care of the administrative work—credentialing, insurance billing, patient onboarding, documentation, and scheduling—so PTs can focus on patient care, not paperwork.

Healthtech-1 automates repetitive processes for healthcare systems. We’re starting with the world’s most famous: the NHS. We’re already live in over 1,400+ primary care practices. Based out of Raj's parents' Primary Care practice the Healthtech 1 team are systematically digitising the repetitive processes they experience everyday, saving thousands of hours of staff time. Why now? The UK's National Health Service (NHS) delivers free healthcare in 590 million patient contacts every year. Post-pandemic, Britain's most treasured institution is in crisis. Patient satisfaction is at 25 year low and 1/7 staff are applying for Non-NHS jobs fuelling an 11% recruitment gap. By digitising the 100s of repetitive processes in healthcare, Healthtech 1 will reverse the trend, and produce the world's most productive health care system.

Helium Health provides a suite of digital health tools for healthcare providers, payers and patients across Africa — most prominent of which is our maiden electronic medical records (EMR) & hospital management information system (HMIS) for emerging markets, HeliumOS. We offer business loans to healthcare providers through our HeliumCredit product. We also work with donors and governments in executing public health strategies. Finally, we have built the largest healthcare data repository on Africans with over 1 million health records.

Technology finds information and delivers physical products to us almost instantly. mRNA does the same for biology. At HelixNano, we see a world where treatments are cheap, progress is decentralized, and you can modify biology at the push of a button. By focusing on mRNA improvements from first principles, we’re getting there faster than we thought. Experiments that used to take months or years can be done in weeks and cost thousands instead of millions. The rate limiting step for our progress is now scientific curiosity. Rigid hierarchies and top-down decisions will miss the magic. Some of our most powerful technologies started out as side projects of junior team members. At HelixNano, every individual scientist can have a massive impact on the company's direction. And the more diverse our team, the faster we’ll find the really cool ideas. We've started rolling out some of our new tech — moving a COVID-19 vaccine candidate for the immunocompromised towards the clinic, and testing an intervention with massive environmental impact. But we’re scientists at heart, and team focus is solidly on the horizon.
