We have built a platform that enables drug discovery and development for previously undruggable genome regulators ("the regulome"). We accomplish this by moving drug discovery out of artificial systems where regulome proteins fail to function properly, and back into live human cells. Our technology combines innovations in automated cell processing, next-gen proteomics, and advanced data analytics to measure a drug's effect on the entire regulome in one experiment.

One day robot pets. Right now robot guide dogs for the blind - empowering them to navigate their world safely, independently, and confidently.
Traditional seeing-eye guide dogs cost around $80,000—leaving over 99% of those who need them without access. At Talus Robotics, our mission is to transform this reality and champion independence and inclusion for the blind and visually impaired. We’ve developed groundbreaking robotic guide dogs that cost under $5,000, delivering unprecedented freedom, safety, and empowerment to those who’ve long been underserved. After that, we're tackling adjacent markets in elder care and emotional support. One day we're building a world full of robot pets and companions, outside and in the home - a future where robotics enrich every aspect of our social lives, living with us and building lifelong relationships.

Juno is a fully offline, local-first autonomous AI agent engineered to control and operate medical imaging and diagnostic devices—such as Siemens Healthineers' MRI and CT scanners, hematology analyzers, and PCR machines—with human-like proficiency, powered exclusively by an Embedded System on Module (SoM) AI accelerator. Designed as a "virtual technician," Juno observes device interfaces, reasons over contextual data, and executes actions in a closed-loop system, automating calibration, workflow execution, and optimization without any cloud dependency, internet access, or external APIs. This architecture draws inspiration from agents like ManusAI and Microsoft Copilot's Computer Use Agent (CUA), adapting their observation-reasoning-execution paradigms to treat medical device UIs as controllable "virtual desktops," but confines all processing to edge hardware for compliance with stringent medical safety standards and operational reliability in disconnected environments.

We are developing an implantable therapeutic tissue that will be surgically delivered to patients suffering from end stage renal disease. Upon implantation, this tissue will supplement the patient's renal function, eliminating their dependency on dialysis and improving their disease status. This has the potential to not only get these patients off dialysis - a significant impact for them and their families - but to greatly extend the time required before kidney transplantation is essential.

Trexo Robotics is building exoskeletons to help people walk, starting with children. Our product allows children with disabilities like Cerebral Palsy, to walk, in many cases for the first time in their lives. Trexo was started when Manmeet found that his nephew was born with Cerebral Palsy and would never be able to walk. Trexo is selling commercially, with a vision is to replace the wheelchair, for children, adults, and the elderly.

Trident Bioscience builds tools to expedite the discovery and optimization of useful proteins. Our technology first applies predictive models of protein structure and function to generate sets of potentially active protein sequences. We then apply our state-of-the-art sequence optimization algorithm to design gene libraries capable of testing these candidates extremely quickly and affordably. By combining these technologies, we're closing the design-build-test loop of protein optimization and cutting the total cycle time to help bring synthetic proteins to market faster than ever before.

At Tuva Health, we make open source software that cleans and transforms messy healthcare data. We’re founded by Aaron Neiderhiser and Coco Zuloaga, former senior execs from Health Catalyst and Strive Health. We realized data transformation and data quality is the fundamental problem preventing the healthcare industry from building scalable data products. We launched Tuva and joined the W22 batch of Y Combinator to solve this problem for the entire industry. Since January 1st, we signed our first customer (paying $10k per month) and completed the first major release of the Tuva Project. At Tuva, our goal is to (1) become the open standard for healthcare data transformation and (2) build the data network for multi-site benchmarking, research, and machine learning on top of this open standard.
