Instead of trying to hurriedly take notes while also having a conversation, you simply push a button in our app whenever you hear something important, like a piece of product feedback or action item. In real-time our system records, transcribes, and creates clips from the parts of the conversation you tagged that can share with your team or use to write post-call notes.

FollowUpThen is a personal assistant that sends you exactly what you need at exactly the right moment to get something done. Its uncanny timing is not the result of AI wizardry, but rather an explicit reminder syntax that is embedded in an email address. Email 1min@followupthen.com, 1hour@followupthen.com or {any-time}@followupthen.com and you'll get the email back at that time. Adding a reminder to any email is a one-second operation thanks to your email client's address autocomplete. Example use-cases include: * Following up with sales prospects * Maintaining relationships * Task delegation (put FollowUpThen in the bcc field) * Just-in-time reminders to get a task done (pay bills, etc) * Hitting inbox zero (forwarding emails to your future) In today's workplace we are bombarded with realtime demands on our attention. FollowUpThen answers this trend by making work more asynchronous, allowing you to place information in the future, giving you freedom and peace of mind in the present and allowing you actually get something done.

Gantto was conceived to fill one obvious gap in our weekly management routine. Each week we would collect status information based upon what was really happening inside the organization and then update our project models to reflect and digest the changes. Then we would spend tedious hours manually creating presentations based upon the same underlying project data that we had already updated. After a long search for a good solution we set out to create our own. Gantto is a play on words on gantt chart – the most commonly used visual representation of project schedules. Gantt charts take their name after Henry Gantt, who popularized them in 1910. In reality they were originally conceived by Karol Adamiecki, a Polish economist / engineer who invented them in 1896 and named them harmonograf.

Hum is a product designed to disrupt email with collaboration. It organizes conversation into threads, lets you drop work requests into each others’ feeds, and syncs everything across your devices. Hum is focused on real-time conversation and presence. It makes it easy to see who else is currently viewing a thread. You can “read later” any threads you can’t get to right now, or pin important conversations to the top of the app. The company made a lot of bold claims about how it will transition you away from email as you use it more, but didn’t provide many specifics. Hum will have a steep uphill battle against incumbents like Yammer and Asana, and email, which has been harder to disrupt than most people realize.

We’re building models that learn from human behaviour at scale, powered by the largest dataset of computer interactions ever collected.
